Add-Ins

If in Add-In manager I see only a few Add-Ins, how can I make some additional appear there. I have them in Microsoft Visual Studio Tools (API Text Viewer, PDW and more), but not in Add-Ins. Some of them (for example ActiveX Document Migration Wizard) I do not see in both places. I did not do the installation of VS (Enterprise Edition), somebody did. Is it possible that everything was installed, but cannot be seen until some kind of registration?
