Change Keyboard layout

Have anyone a idea how I can change the keyboard layout forever. I think that with LoadKeyboardLayout (and Activate.) I can set it only for the actual thread. Have anyone an example for that?

try setting the Registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\KeyboardLayout.

to the DLL that you want.
