M.Anand January 30th, 1999, 06:27 AM Is there any way to make a Window (Form) or Toolbar Dockable ??? Chris Eastwood January 30th, 1999, 01:13 PM Hi In VB there is no direct way of doing this. I actually trawled through the MFC classes once in an attempt to convert the code into VB, but gave up due to time constraints. There are however several alternatives: 1. If it's just a toolbar you want to be dockable (or any of the other fancy Office97 features), take a look at http://wwww.datadynamics.com and look at their activebar control (I think it's only $99 or near that) - We've been using it for the last year and it's a great control. 2. For dockable forms, there's a site by Ramon Guererro (sp?) - take a look at http://www.zonecorp.com/vb5/ - he has an example of how to do dockable forms in an MDI environment Regards Chris Eastwood CodeGuru - the website for developers http://www.codeguru.com codeguru.com
