Having trouble syncronising data using Access and the Data Environment

I have an application that is used across a network to get data from a single Microsoft Access database. I have a booking page with a combo box containing customers. However because of the caching when another user adds a customer, all the other users wont be able to see that customer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
