Hi-
I am new to VB. I have big problem which i have no clue what to do. I have a VB server and VB client and SQL Server2000 running on my Win2000 Workstation. Sometimes my Server runs fine in the COM+ Component Service. If for some reasons my client or Server crashes, I can NOT run the application any more, even after I shutdown the server, delete/add new the Com+ application for the Server component in Component service. It just won't run no matter what I do. The error message is:
Run-Time Error '-2147024882 (80070000e)':
System error &H80004005(-2147467259),unspecified error.
I sometimes have to re-install some of the software (such as SQL Server I did today) , then the system will magically work again. Until the next software crash. Once crashed, the application can not be run. I wonder if there is some kind of "lock" did not release once it crashed and prevent I run the COM+ stuff again. Can any of the guru point me some directions? I got deadline in a few days, I am really dead if I don't figure this out. Help, please.
