Help! Service Pack 3 missing file

I have just received Service pack 3 on the technet CD and found a file missing in a directory (dir was empty). Thought (again a mistake) that microsoft knows what it is doing, and proceeded to install service pack. Of course the message comes up during the install that a file was missing (unable to find) named VS6SP3_3.cab which was the one I noticed.

To cut a long story short can anyone tell me where I can download the file from or which of the 5 Service pack 3 files at Microsoft.com contains this file as the 5 files for download are large and I would prefer not to download each one until I find the file. Appreciate any info.
