SchetchPad Application

I'm trying to develope a schetch pad type of application. I would like my app. can draw a line or any shapes. and the line or shapes can be reselected or editable. when the object is selected, the user can press the right mouse button and a popup menu will appear. Dose anyone knows any sample code or references?
