Dumb Terminal

Are there any controls that will allow me to imitiate the old "dumb terminals"? I need to be able to clear screen and position text by x/y coordinates.

I have been trying to use a multi-line text box, but, screen positioning is difficult.

I don't know of a control like you are describing, but if you have to use a richtextbox, I'd suggest using a monospaced font like "System" or "Courier New" so that screen positioning is less of a problem.
