Ok, at my college's CompLab, we recently got a "decent" speed connection to the net, and, as you can probably guess, now everybody is downloading them damned mp3s and clobbering the bandwidth.
Obviously, the complab's admins are not very smart, as they havent yet blocked napster's servers in the proxy server of the network; so, im thinking of doing their d4mn job, and want to make a little program in VB that would load every time windows start, and monitor the "TaskManager" to check if napster is running (it would look for a process named "napvXXX.exe", and if it is, kill it.
Im just starting out with VB 6 so i have no clue on how to do this, i think its probably something very simple.. any help?

I have an analogic and not a digital mind; because i am continuosly and not discretely thinking. :)
