I am trying to locate a developer with a very tough skill set. They must know COM DCOM DNA .net and be able to work both sides of a project. They need to talk and walk tech as well as translate techy to clients. I am unsure where to start looking. Any ideas?

This individual most like is not looking for a job... nor are they going to come cheap.
Look in established companies.. maybe consulting companies.. Also, I dont know how good anyone can be at .net as of yet.. it hasnt even been fully released. Your probably gonna have to steal this guy... talk to headhunters.. unless you are one
