Activex Component

When i run a web page i get an message
" some software(Activex conmtrols) on this page might be unsafe.It is recommended that you not run it.Do you want to allow it to run"

i have gone to the properties of internet explorer and changed the checked the security settings of download Activex controls but even then i get the message
is there any solution to supress it

change your internet options
->download signed activex contrls
select enabled radio button.
->download unsigned activex controls
select enabled radio button.
->third options also do.
