I have read about the wide posibilities that a custom GINA can give.
I am working on a project that needs to rewrite some procedures of MSGina.dll.
I have searched for source code of MSGina.dll, but i only get incomplete code that I cannot compile. I have searched in the Platform SDK and in the MSDN Library, but the examples do not compile.
Can anyone of you tell me where can I find a compilable source code of gina?
I am going to tell you more about my project, so you will be able to help me more efectively;
I have a computer with a smart card reader. I also have a custom card that stores a user name on it. I have a Propietary dll that allows me to get the user name from the card. This function works really good in my testing programs.
The idea is to get that user name from the card and to use it as a login user name in windows NT when Windows starts, and to prompt for the password for that user. (The user name Edit Box will be Read-only)
I think it is very simple if i get the original source code, because I only have to insert a couple of lines on the original source code to get my own gina.
thanks in adance for your help, and if any of you can help me, please do it! this is very important for me and I will thank you the rest of my life!
