Is it posible to convert from NTFS to FAT ?
If so, which tool can I use?

Yes, you can convert from NTFS to FAT or FAT32 by using PowerQuest PartitionMagic (ver. 6.0 is the best).
I've done it before and nothing wrong happens to me.
