How to set folder permissions from VB

Hi All,
I need to set the access permissions to a folder
through vb code. I need to give write permission
to the default web user eg. IWAM_<machine name>

I'm using VB 6.0 on win2k. Preferably the code
should be working for Win 9x also.

Somebody please help me!!
