I have few question about the data report in VB.

1. I found that Data Report in VB6.0 only can let the user preview the first page. How can i preview all the pages before i print it out?

2. How can i just set the data report to print only one record for each page. I means if there is 3 record, then it will print out three pages separately for each.

Perhaps can get you people reply soon...

Open your DataReport in the VBIDE. Click on a blank area of Detail (Section 1). Go to the Properties Window and select ForcePageBreak,
choose 1-rptPageBreakBefore.
This will accomplish both of your goals, when you
run the report you will see the "Pages Selector"
bar on the bottom left hand edge of the report,
selecting the right arrow will preview every page of the report showing only one record/line each time, of course the drawback to this method is that you will have one Printed Page for each record.
