I signed up with Yahoo & use ites messenger.
never gave out my email to anyone.

I keep receiving emails in my yahoo mail....

Another possibility s that there are processes that
fid out which fetches the name of users logged in
and spams them later wth junk mails.

Did you opt to be listed in Yahoo's member directory/Yellow Pages? If yes, most probably your address was fetched from there.
