Help needed reg asf format

Hi Everyone,
I need the source code which converts an asf file into a mpeg file as part of my graduation project. can anyone help me or atleast ger me the asf format in detailed, as far I came to know from Microsoft that they use Microsoft Mpeg 4 Ver 3 codec to encode the raw bitstream and this compressed file is packetised as per asf format. I also downloaded asf specs from their site, but its very brief, Is it poss to decode an asf file using this format alone.

Hi ,
Thanx for ur help. But those SDK's just provide the interface thro' which I can interact with asf bitstreams. This 'll be useful if I'm going to work in Windows Os, but wat if If I work in Linx.
So I want to write the code which must be independent of the platform.

Hope I'm clear enough.
