Oscilloscope

Can anybody tell me how to convert my PC into an oscilloscope or which software to download to that.
Also can anybody tell me how to connect the circiuit i want to test to my comp.

I do not see what advantage doing this would provide you. The oscilloscope has lots of hardware features you cannot simulate by software. (voltmetre, compensated probe, etc.) I have heard of people pluggin the output of their real oscillo. to a comp, but I have never heard of a completely soft oscillo. Maybe I get you wrong here. Feel free to comment ;)
