HELP PLEASE: Making a stopwatch in C#

As part of a project I am making I need to create a stopwatch and then write the time from the stopwatch into the database. Can someone please help me make a stopwatch as I do not know how to do it.

You are more likely to get a serious reply if you ask a 'real' question. Your post basically boils down to 'I dont have a clue. Help me', which isnt likely to attract any helpers.
