First I have a question. Can the mscomm32.ocx still be used with Windows 2000
Server? I ask because I wrote an VB app awhile back to communicate with
a serial port on a NT Server box. Now that I put Windows 2000 Server on it
it won't communicate with the com port using the mscomm. Does anyone have any
sample code, using API calls, that can help me read and write to a com port. Or, if mscomm should work for Windows 2000 Server, can anyone help lead me to an
answer to what might have changed. I have both servers configured the same.
Thanks
