Hers a good one for you Guru's,
I have a list of duties I would like my staff to do each week. What I would like to do is Email them the duties and when they open the Email it fills their Calendar in Outlook with the Reminders etc. I know how to fill my own calendar on my machine but when I try to send an appointment to a memebr of staff, nothing happens. I don't really want to use the Meeting side of the AppointmentItem as basically, my staff have no option, they have to do the work, so giving them the option to Accept, Decline, Tentative etc isn't an issue.
anybody any Ideas ?
