Validating DataGrid columns

Hi,

I have a Datagrid bounded to a SQL 7 database.
My Datagrid has 3 columns: Code, Name and Age.
Code must be greater than zero, Name must be not null and Age must be greater than zero.

How can I validate the content typed by the user of each column? What events should I use?
