How to keep the form always on top

Hi friends!!! In my project i have used DDE link option to communicate with the device. Now while starting the project i have put up the splash screen and i link all the DDE links one by one. Now the problem is When DDE links are establised the form in which i have used those DDE links come in the front and it is displayed so there is not meaning of splash screen left due to that. Can any one tell me how to keep the splash screen always on top irrespective of any kind of events which are taking place during form load. Thanks in advance for ur solutions.
