ModBus Protocol

Has anyone had experience with communicating to devices using the ModBus/TCP protocol?
I am wanting to create my own driver to use with VB to communicate using this protocol.

I do program for modbus before. I assume that u r communicating with the modicon PLC, but I wrote for flow computer. if u still need it, message me with an email.
