add label controls on data report during runtime

can anyone help me?

my problem is this, i need to add label control on report footer of data environment during runtime. how can i do this. i read on msdn online library the CreateReportControl method but i can't seem to make it work on my program. does anyone have any idea how to use this method or are there any method that i can use?
