Runtime Error

I moved a frame on my form, saved the project, then rebuilt the executable. When I run the new executable I get the runtime error "Runtime Error 31037, Error Loading From File". The code used to run fine before I moved the frame and rebuilt the executable. Any suggestions to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
