MsChart control with Datagrid

I want to display the datagrid(ie data pertaining to chart) along with the chart. I want to display the datagrid appended to the chart at the bottom in a form.
And if possible allow the user to change the data so that the same will be reflected in the chart at runtime.
How to do this ?
