Microsoft Tabbed Dialog Control Colors

I am trying to find out how to change the colors of a Microsoft Tabbed Dialog Control.

I can currently change BackColor and ForeColor, but how do I actually change the surface color?

Any help, ideas or tips will be greatly aprechiated
