Scripts in ASP.NET

Hi,
Am new ASP.NET
For ASP.NET , we use IIS and install SDK .
For using scripts like VB.NET ,C# in ASP.NET ,
Do we need to install VS.NET ?

I dont think u need VS.NET. But .NET SDK is a must(free downloadable). Go to www.asp.net for more info.
