Passing dynamic data between pages

I have a form that allows the user to attachments. After the user selects the file the user clicks a button marked 'add'. From there I use javascript to add text boxes to the page. At some point the user clicks submit and the next page is loaded. I can get the values of all the input fields except the ones I create dynamically. Maybe I'm just making a stupid mistake but I'm starting to wonder if this is possible to do. Does someone know of a better way to go about this?
