How to save Image from the client machine to the server machine

Hi friends,

I have to design a page on which one Image is there.

Client can set the image from his machine.

Now i want to save the image to the database on the server.


How can i do this?

How to set th path and how to save the image in the database on the server?

Please help this is urgently required.
