Ctrl+Alt+Del list of programs...

Does anyone know the code that generates the EXACT SAME list of running programs you get when you push Ctrl+Alt+Del (taskmon.exe?)? How would I get a list EXACTLY like that? I need JUST those programs to show up in a list for a program I am working on. Thanks for any help!
