Crystal reports

Hi ,

I am using crystal reports for printing a report. But i want to print the report in the same format to a file which can be used to print the report later on , whenever required. If I use the "print to file" option on the print dialog it generates file with printing characters . How do I print this file to get the report in the same crystal report format.

I have had problems with this as well when users try and export a file to word. Formatting etc seems to get lost sometimes. Seagate ackowledge that this is a problem and if you have a look at their web site http://community.seagatesoftware.com/homepage/ there is an article somewhere about beta dlls that are available for testing that may be of some use to you
