Does anybody know why I have no licence to access to the Common Dialogs of Windows after installing Win98 or Me?

There is fix I have used for this problem VB6Cli.exe for VB6 and VB5Cli.exe for VB5 from http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q194/7/51.ASP
