Exporting picture

Can anybody tell me how to cut a certain part of a picture out and export it to another file.

1 ) Create two Picture controls on a Form , Say Picture1 and Picture2.
2 ) Load the intial BMP image into the first Picture control
3 )Use the Windows API function BITBLT to copy the specified image region from picture1 to picture2 control.
4 ) Use the SavePicture method on the Picture2 control to save the new image as a BMP File.
