Has anyone come across a decryption algorithm for the Zip 2.0 encryption specification? I need to recover an old archive of mine that I forgot the password to.

No sorry I can't. But if you go here
http://www.elcomsoft.com/prs.html you can download a demo version to decrypt just about anything. I had the same problem as you and it works.
