I'm wondering if I can install Visual studio .net on the same pc with Visual studio 6 already installed it. Any dll conflicts?

No problems whatsoever, that I have noticed.
Me and a few co-workers runt VB.NET and VB6 side by side now and haven't found any troubles.

Of course you can, unless you don't want to upgrade any VB6 programs, be careful when you open a VB6 project with VB.NET because it will try to upgrade it.

Yes you can. I installed an upgrade of VS 6.0 to VS.net and the setup didn't uninstall or update any files of VS 6.0
