Detect Button pressed

Hello
Can I inside a Macro know if a certain Word Button, from some toolbar has been pressed ?

If so can I have a way of right way to exit the macro ?

Just one more thing
Is it possible to have a macro started when some key is pressed?
And have that macro exit at once ( even if it's blocked somewhere) on key press too ?
