can any one please help me to get the codes to record the voice from telephone and conver it to text

I think if someone gave you the code to do that on this board, your browser would never stop loading the page. Basically, I mean that is a pretty big job you have laid out. Some of the highest level office suites are still trying to implement voice-to-text conversion, let alone phone quality voice.

I wish you luck... much luck. You'll need it if you are seriously considering doing this.
