Search in String with API

Hello.

Is any body know how can I replace the use with InStr function with API ?

I want to search chars/substrings in Big String, but use with API and not with VB functions.

May I ask why InStr() isn't sufficient?

Instr() is just a bunch of API calls put together in the VB dll to achieve the instr effect - I doubt you can gain much by rewriting it.
