How can I have buttons on tollbar that will act like radiobuttons. I want toolbar-button to stay down or upp, and it will have two difrent image, one for down and one for up.

You need to set the Style property of each Button on the toolbar to 1 - tbrChecked. To change Pictures, one for up and one for down, create two image lists.Add the Images for "OUT" state to the first imagelist. Add the images for the "IN" state to the other imagelist. Assign one to the Toolbar property "ImageList" the other to the "HotIMageList" property.
