Validating IP address

Hi, I need to have the user input an IP address into a text box (since there is no IP Control in VB) and then I would like to validate this address, and make sure it is between 0.0.0.0 and 255.255.255.255

Does anybody have sample code to do this, or do you have any other suggestions?
