Hi,
Just to let you all know that if VS.NET crashes for you everytime you close and you have McAfee version 7... then, you should uninstall it and check if that fixes your problem... it did for me.
It took painful reinstalls to finally find out what was causing VS.NET to crash on me.
If anyone knows what needs to be done with McAffe version 7 to work with VS.NET please post... for now, I use version 6 with no problems.
