Preserve Excel's hyperlink in PDF

How can I preserve an Excel's workbook's hyperlink when I print the workbook as a PDF file? It seems that all the hyperlinks are lost when you open the PDF file. I did manage to find a macro that saves the hyperlinks for Word documents, but I can't find anything for Excel. Anyone have a clue on this matter?
