Windows printing

Hi,

I have a few questions, the answer for which would help me solve problems. They are as under.

1. How do i set the lines per inch in printing from windows
2. While printing i have a data which has been formed after concatenation. This is getting truncated while printing from window. How do i solve this. Should my input itself be such that it is contained inside the page or can i adjust the printer to fit the page to data.
3. How does dos printing vary from windows printing(In an elaborate way.)
