How to make VB EXE

Hi,

Can you please help me out.
My problem is:

I got a VB source code which is using C++ DLL and Oracle as DataBase.
when I run the VB project from DLL workspace(VC++ window for compilation), It is working fine. but if I make an EXE and run the EXE it is not giving proper results.

Can you please guide me how to over come this problem.
