Problem In CrossTab Crystal Report

Dear Friends!
I am currently facing a problem, regarding report generation
using Crystal Report. The problem goes like this:
1. During the generation of report using Cross Tab, sometimes we have more columns than that is fitted in one page.
2. Where does the remaining columns goes when printing ?
We would be very grateful to you if you send us the solution as soon as possible.

It probably depends on which version of Crystal Reports you are using. We're on ver. 8 and I took this info directly from the help file:

When you create a Cross-Tab that is wider or longer than the specified page size, the program automatically spans the printing across enough pages to accommodate the size of the Cross-Tab. In the Preview tab, a line will appear at each page break. For ease in reading, column headings will be repeated on subsequent pages. Row headings can also be repeated using the Keep Columns Together option.

To repeat row labels
Right-click the blank top-left area of the Cross-Tab and select Format Cross-Tab from the shortcut menu.
The Cross-Tab dialog box appears.

Click the Customize Style tab.
Select the Repeat Row Labels check box, if desired.
