Open automatic a dial-up connection

Hi!
I have in my computer one modem and I have defined a Dial-up connection (to my ISP).
Can I create a .BAT file that can open and close this connection automatic.

Open Network and Dial-up Connections

Then drag your Dial-up Connection to the Quick Launch Bar next to your Start Button.

Click on it once.
