I use a Rich Text Box in my application with both horizontal and vertical scroll bars enabled. On two W2K machines tried at a variety of screen
resolutions it works properly. When I run it on W98 machines, the vertical scroll bars work OK, but not the horizontal. If I grab and pull the scroll bar to the right, the text area doesn't scroll. If I let go of the scroll bar, it springs back to its original, left most position. Has anyone seen this? Any ideas? Doesn't seem to have anything to do with screen resolution since I've tried everything from 800x600 to 1600 x 1200 and the results are the same.
