how to install command line in XP

hi guys its me again i am still having problems with my complier i want to install Borland C++ command line tool so i did the problem is it compliers ok but it does not create a exe


i get the following error message

fatal error could not spawn program : brcc32.exe

bcc32.exe probably isn't in your path environment settings - add the bin directory if it isn't already there.

you are correct i have relsove the problem to let you guys know in XP/ 2000 you don't have autoexe so you have to set this path in Enviroment varaiables sorry for the spelling
